AWS Simple Workflow Console @ Amazon

At Amazon, I worked on the SWF (Simple Workflow) Console: the place customers use to inspect workflows, debug failures, and find patterns in execution data.

• Built major parts of a customer facing dashboard for management and debugging in the AWS Simple Workflow product using Java, TypeScript,

  JUnit, Cypress, React-Query

   and React.JS.

• Designed the dashboard with data aggregation from multiple sources, asynchronous and chunked loading of data

• Worked with teams inside Amazon, spoke with customers, and collaborated with UX designers on new debugging views.

At AWS, I saw software at a scale beyond what I had ever seen before. The useful lesson was not the brand name. It was seeing how much discipline, testing, and operational care is needed when a small interface sits on top of very large infrastructure.
